The product must be in the same condition it was received / and not been requested by a custom design
Except in the case of manufacturing defects, it will be returned immediatel .
Duration of refund FOR Purchase and payment online Through the website
• Returned products are returned within 10 working days at the latest from the time they
reach our warehouse.According to TIKTAK’s return policy, you will be refunded as much as
the amount you paid for the products purchased at a discount.
Refunds for orders created with the cash on delivery method
• For orders created with the cash on delivery method, you can go to the nearest TIKTAK
Booth with your invoice and collect the refund amount in cash.
In case receiving an incorrect or damaged item
• We act very carefully during the preparation of your order; therefore we hope that such
circumstances will not be experienced. In case of a defective or incorrect product delivery,
please return your order to our booth. The order amount will be refunded in cash or to your

look at the product/s and try them. Please keep the original packaging and return it with the
product. Do not try products with any data of your own, do not remove labels. This returns
